Refund and Returns Policy

At VIRAL-TRENDING, we want you to love every product you order. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Certain items (e.g., personal care, clearance items, digital goods) are non-returnable for hygiene or final-sale reasons.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos. We’ll offer a replacement or refund.

3. Refunds

Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue was our error.

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. For size/style exchanges, a new order may need to be placed.
