Delivery Information

At VIRAL-TRENDING, we aim to make delivery simple and stress-free.

1. Delivery Areas

All of our orders are currently shipped via the Standard Delivery Tracked 48 service, meaning we aim to deliver within two to three working days. A tracking number will also be provided with each order.

2. Delivery Process

We only offer UK wide delivery.

Delivery is made to the shipping address you provide at checkout. Please ensure accuracy to avoid delays.

3. Missed Deliveries

If you miss a delivery, carriers may attempt redelivery or hold your package at a local facility.

Unclaimed packages returned to us may be reshipped at the buyer’s expense.

4. Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation.

If your order shows “delivered” but you did not receive it, please contact the carrier directly.

We will assist wherever possible, but claims must often be filed with the carrier.
